Enhance API #50

Enhance the API as suggested with Python classes.

We can use this branch/issue also for discussing what kind of information is already present and what we would need. Therefore I suggest to create a Template to Print out all mapped and also needed unmapped information. I will use DataAPI EnEffBIM_v2 and Generator AixLib3 which should ne renamed in APIEnhancment for clear distinction

We are currently working on the enhancement of the API wrapper in different other issues and branches, so maybe we can close this issue for now
