Issue50 api enhancement #61

I think it might be a good idea to merge this into the master and then divide the work into small issues and work on that in different branches. What do you think @thorade @math-boy

I suggest we begin to do the new refinements on the program structure after we get the 1st use case running on Python side. Because I wanna get a clear idea how the system API is working on Python side for manipulating the Modelica data model generation. Afterwards, we will know how much additional effort and new development requirements we need to do, in order to implement the whole framework.

Since we are developing the API in the branch "LibSimmodel_API" this merge request is outdated. see also #50
