Installation instructions

We need some instructions on how to install this thing. I will write some instructions here and then copy&paste them to the ReadMe.

Currently, this software will only work on Windows with 64bit, because the C++ part is compiled to a 64bit dll.
Get a copy of WinPython 3.4 from http://winpython.github.io/
Make sure to get the 64 bit version!
Use pip to install mako. This means: From the WinPython directory, run the WinPython Command Prompt and execute pip install -U mako.
Use git clone or pull to get the newest version of our repository.
From the WinPython Command Prompt, execute
python EnEffBIM-Framework/CoTeTo/scripts/CoTeTo-gui.py
Read the CoTeTo ReadMe.

@thorade in the readme are some instructions, can we close this issue? We ca update it once we are sure about versions (32 / 64 bit)

We can close this and write a full Users Guide once we have a product we want to distribute.
