For all objects inlcluding connections

The Prototype in branch issue91_AixLib is capable of:

Check SimModel Topology of HotWaterLoop
Instantiate additional objects (e.g. pipes, vales, expansion vessel)
connect all instantiated objects with correct order
add some parameters to the objects

to do:

instantiate ThermalZone (need to check relationship of radiators first)
connect control of valve and pump
print out objects in correct Modelica Syntax (via CoTeTo)
