Grouping of HVAC Components #99

We had a long discussion in Freiburg meeting of how the HVAC components should be grouped in IFC or SimModel.

I think we agreed to add all HVAC components to SimSystem_HvacHotWater_FullSystem?! How will this affect the Zone Grouping. For example: How will the Radiator (SimFlowEnergyTransfer_ConvectiveHeater_Water) be linked to the thermal zone (SimSpatialZone_ThermalZone_Default). Does it have any effect at all, or will there be a link by assigning the Radiator to the SimGroup_SpatialZoneGroup_ZoneHvacGroup as it is implemented now? I hope the question is clear?

Based on TelCo today: The HVAC equipment will be directly referenced in the SimSpace, SimThermalZone respectively.

We have a solution for this now, but it has to be tested.
