ClinPred.pm with GRCh38? #719

Hello,

Hi @IanCodes, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will add this support and this will be included in the future releases I will update this ticket once the changes have been merged. Thank you Ola.

As a work around, you can use dbNSFP plugin which includes ClinPred and a ClinPred rank score. This works for 37 and 38
