Closes #65

Implemented Update Event status api endpoint
Will implement event status integration with UI
Will implement event status check when displaying start/stop button in UI

I should probably be pulling player initials from the cookies session of the browser on subscribe event (meaning it changed) since when I do a reload, the application is "reloaded" and hence the value of my subject has also reset.......fuck

fuck yeah, that worked, player initials now stay with local session...could probably move that to the cookies in a future enhancement
