When I verify an article, I want to add supporting links, to record why the article is true #4

Once a fact checker has started reading an article, they need to be able to provide supporting evidence and commentary for the article. This includes comments on the article generally, assessments of the truth or falsehood of any statements made. Supporting evidence for anything claimed to be true or false.
