Build basic framework of Backend #21

  1. Delete some previous class (google map and something about C++)
  2. Create the login in and register api and some common used charger and vehicle api
  3. Cros is a class to cross field (from frontend to backend)
  4. 4 layer framework (controller、service、entity、mapper)(omit unnecessary serviceImp interface)
  5. use mybatis-plus make sure you can run 🔢 : java17、maven
