4 years ago - The R-code/Rmd file [RT_matrix_effect_alltogether.Rmd] to create EIC images for all standards including full RT + zoomed RT + zoomed RT only with QC-serum + FS of water high concentration
- Update RT of standards in QC-serum samples in "standards_dilution.txt" and "internal_standards.txt". Added also the info regarding "data_set", "sample" and "operator". It is still missing the info according to peak shape quality.
