Update/reformat the standards-preprocessing Rmd file #46

@andreavicini , your file looked really nice! I made some updates and reformatting in the way I like (sorry for that :)). Data looks interesting, but also a little surprising.

Changes I made:

formattings: use TRUE instead of T and <- instead of =.
combined and splitted some code blocks.
redefined the groups and colors
