Background

Given I am a user within an administrating organisation And I am logged in

Scenario: Adding a problem

When I enter / select from a list of wicked problems And I enter / select a community And I enter a list of initiatives And for each initiative I

• link associated organisations (create or select)
• select focus areas and characteristics (as per Sharon's model)

And I save the problem Then I will be presented with an overview of the problem to review
