Share link of SDG Alignment Card showing Focus Areas not Goals #696

Describe the bug

Goals are described as Focus Areas rather than Goals. Focus Areas only have coloured up to FA 9

To Reproduce

  1. Go to an SDG Alignment Card
  2. Select Share
  3. Copy and paste the direct link into a browser
  4. See Goals represented as Focus Areas (and coloured up to FA 9)
  5. Scroll across to see that FA 10-17 have no colour

Expected behavior

Goals should be labeled at the top Note: lets come back to this after we have the consolidated view - as I suspect it will be only the consolidated view that we will share)

This is up on staging and ready for QA. Please note, the shared link for Transition Cards should also be tested, as this code is impacted by the change. General rendering of the grids should also be tested (i.e. the SDG/Transition Card grids should display as before, without regressions).
