Describe the task

Create a User prompt in the Initiative Import process where Users select which Transition Card or SDGs Alignment Card (or both) they want to import Initiatives in instances where the names are the same.

Success Criteria

[ ] MUST enable Users to select the Transition Card or SDGs Alignment Card where the name of the Cards is the same
[ ] MUST NOT enable Users to Import duplicate Initiatives
[ ] SHOULD enable Users to select Import to one Card or both (linked)
