Describe the task

For SDGs Card "More information" dialog, the link for each target should go to specific target's details. For instance, the link embedded in the dialog text for "1.1 Eradicate extreme poverty" currently points to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sustainable_Development_Goal. Ideally, this link should include the anchor within the page (i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sustainable_Development_Goal_1#Target_1.1:_Eradicate_extreme_poverty).

Success Criteria

How will we know if we've completed the task successfully? Use MUST, MUST NOT, SHOULD, MAY qualifiers for each criteria.

[ ] MUST link each SDGs card targets "More information" text to the actual link per the related Wikipedia page.
