Both in the standard setup and advanced setup, when there are two Vagabonds, the application tells the players to shuffle the Quest deck and draw three Quest cards.
The Law of Root says otherwise. The three visible Quest cards are actually shared between the two Vagabond players. The second Vagbond set up shouldn't draw more Quest cards. See rule 9.7.2 in the latest Law of Root (June 4, 2022).
