The device ZKTeco F22 does connected. But not fetching data. #5

Which device do you use? I think when it connected but returned any data, probably your ComKey is wrong, please recheck it.

ComKey is also correct.

@FAHRIZTX Also i have tested on two other machines. But device gets connected but with empty data array
