How do we link to this page? It seems orphaned at the moment.

I propose that we:

Adopt @rbrush's changes
Add a link to the ViewDefinition notes to refer to this page

And then this should be the last outstanding change for the v2.0.0 milestone!

I finally had a chance to read over this yesterday and would like to take a quick editing pass today just to clean the copy up a bit.

We should definitely decide where to link it from at our meeting today :)
