Generated Python virtual environment with most existing dependencies, TODO database module dependencies need to be updated

Also improved the maintainability of the configMaker, added more use for the local database and endpoints configuration. Logger still may need this treatment. Still need TODO interactive mode

Updated tutorials

Checks failed, this is not a surprise because the tests suck a bunch,

I will be writing unit tests next I think
