Need to implement a Service Locator pattern that will replace the functionality of the fhirtype.py script and improve decoupling from the database connection, the standardization, and the logging functionality. Services to include are as follows:

[ ] Database Connection
[ ] Logging
[ ] Standardization
[ ] SmartClient connections
[ ] Helper Functions

with removal of db from scope and advent of flask API this makes less sense now
