More contrast of node colors in tree pdf #6

Make colors in tree in more contrast, epecially the green.

Make the lilac more towards red like Magenta.

Suggestion. Make no hit bases (blue circles) same size as the non hits so that only hits are bigger. Are easier to interpret when printed in black and white.

Hue of the green nodes were increased!
