I just added (c2a5b31) code from Yaiza and Javier (https://github.com/yaizaquintana/fps-urb-rcc) which was developed from code in this repo and https://github.com/jesusff/cordex-fps-urb-rcc, but evolved without tracked changes. It has now an independent history in this repo and lives under the uhi/ folder.
We need to clean and reorganize the whole repo to clarify its use.
