Update Roborio's Firmware to Version 5 #15

Update Firmware - This option is used to update the roboRIO firmware. For this season, the imaging tool will require roboRIO firmware to be version 5.0 or greater

Label the Roborio with e.g. F/W:5.0

All RoboRios have F/W 6.0. They were not labeled though, ran out of time. Closing for now.
