Curve secondary driver input to arm #21

Curves the secondary driver's input to the arm to (hopefully) make it less jerky, or at least more pleasant to control. Needs hardware testing to see effect prior to merge.

You can preview the curve function used on Desmos.

Driver approval was gotten a while ago. I don't know why this went unmerged so long...
