Failure to import LennardJones in calculator.py #62

As a part of preparing a current release of this software, I am testing out installation from a blank slate on different systems. For whatever reason, I am not able to import LennardJones. From what I can tell, it is not an issue of the pythonpath in C++, so I'm a little baffled at what could be missing. I will post more details about this tomorrow.

Going to reopen this. This solution was hackish and should be fixed in time.
