Describe the issue: When placing down an arcane crafting terminal, an insane amount of particles are created (i cant find where)

and my game immediately began lagging to no end, removing the arcane crafting terminal didn't help, nor did reloading the world.

steps to reproduce:

put down arcane crafting terminal 2.laggggg

steps to fix: 1.shut down your ae2 network
