What version of University: 1.0
Have you added any mods: No
If yes, which mods: -
Crash report link (preferably Pastebin etc, not the file): https://pastebin.com/URui2Yps
What were you doing when the crash happened: Made a blank Dimension with RFTools and loaded it up, as soon as i teleported to it it crashed me, when i tried reconnecting to the server it kept crashing.
Any other details: I tried with another Dimension i made and the same happend

I have the same problem. Already seems to be reported a month ago here: https://github.com/svenhjol/Charm/issues/324

Fixed/Worked around it by setting 'B:SpectreHaunting' in charm.cfg to false:

    # Spectres will spawn in greater numbers within range of specific structure.
    B:SpectreHaunting=false
