I can't acces my device from my computer and from wifi at the same time #10

Hello. I don't know the problem, but when I plug my device directly in a power supply, I can access it from wireless IP. When I get this device and plug at the notebook to read the sd card, my laptop can recognize and read, but the wifi stop to work..

Can someone help me please?
