Pleural Plaque #109

The codelist has identified all the codes for pleural plaque. However - there are some queries: @finersarah 1) Pleural plaques in themselves are not a chronic disease. Other than indicating exposure to asbestos, and thus causing anxiety, they are relatively benign. 2) NICE differentiates pleural plaques from asbestosis. I do not believe we need to investigate pleural plaques unless the patient has symptoms that would warrant investigation anyway. 3) Asbestosis is covered in another list.

@finersarah Should we consider removing this phenotype? Alternatively we could think of it as an 'exposure'.

Agree to remove this list, as long as all the asbestosis pleural plaques are included in the asbestosis list.
