Thalassaemia and Thalassaemia Trait #113

@f-eto and @finersarah 1) I don't think we can combine these conditions as they are very different in terms of severity and they should not progress from one to the other. 2) I think the clinical discussion was to keep thalassaemia trait (and not Sickle cell trait) as it can more commonly lead to anaemia than sickle trait. But we can discuss whether this is appropriate. 3) @f-eto there will be overlap with the sickle cell phenotype as the following code will appear in both lists. Which is appropriate. 31075 | D104211 | Sickle-cell thalassaemia 4) I have reviewed the thal and thal trait lists and agree with the codes.

Please remove the "thalassemia trait" codelist and put the codes from it into "anaemia - other".

Please keep the thalasemia codelist as it is.

Clinical review complete.

"thalassemia trait" codes added to "anaemia - other". Separate codelist for "thalassemia trait" excluded. Thalassemia codelist kept as it is.
