Non-malignant tumour of brain, central nervous system and pituitary #132

I have reviewed the "Benign neoplasm of brain and other parts of central nervous system" codelist. It contains some, but incomplete, inclusion of non-malignant pituitary tumours. I therefore suggest we include a broader code set related to non-malignant pituitary tumours. This includes some surgical codes that do not specify that they have treated a non-malignant pituitary tumour, but malignant pituitary tumours are extremely rare and therefore I think it is reasonable to include them. NB I have not included codes that describe purely pituitary hypofunction or hyperfunction as these are not always caused by a tumour. I assume these have not been included in the Kuan condition lists due to their being rare.

I think this codelist should be renamed "Non-malignant tumour of brain, central nervous system and pituitary" to better describe what is included. I have removed the word "benign" as many of these tumours require treatment
