@f-eto @finersarah I have reviewed the mapped ICD-10 code lists developed by @f-eto and included comments on whether I feel each code should be included or removed. @finersarah please check you are happy with these.

@finersarah re. the Menopause list. Please review the codes regarding menopause related osteoporosis. I have opted to include them as although postmenopausal women are at risk of all forms of osteoporosis. But the specific code menopause-related suggests earlier onset? Please check.
