Complex Shader Bug. Disabling Specular doesn't work if the prop or map geometry receive baked lighting. #216

As the title says. Specular doesn't get disabled if the prop or map geometry receives any baked lighting.

In this screenshot. The left sphere has baked lighting enabled and the right sphere has baked lighting disabled. Both spheres use the same material. sbox_0009

Settings for that material. sbox-dev_PsfC2pjnvK

This bug was also in Alyx.
