Same path and name file can't display in the asset browser #3551

Describe the bug

make same path of two addon resource file can't display in the asset browser

To Reproduce

  1. create 2 new addon
  2. create new model name Untitled.vmdl in the root folder
  3. add texture name tex.jpg same folder
  4. create new material file name Untitled.vmat
  5. in next addon folder create same file

Expected behavior

same path and name file can display well

I also seem to be having issues with multiple projects that share the same folder structure/filenames
