Weird crash when two projects are locally added

Describe the bug

I get consistent crashes trying to load up my projects when I have two of them locally added. The repro steps always produce the crash for me.

To Reproduce

1. Clone grubs https://github.com/apetavern/sbox-grubs
2. Clone minigolf https://github.com/sboxgame/minigolf
3. Add both of the projects using "Add a game project from a folder"
4. Launch grubs (from s&box-dev), notice that it will launch correctly
5. Close out of s&box, and then launch minigolf (from s&box-dev)
6. Instant crash to desktop

Expected behavior

It shouldn't crash

76561197969358147 same crash happened to me at 17:48 BST on 02/08/23. It seems to happen when switching projects on a fresh launch.
