[Hammer] Transform gizmo blocked by GameObjects #6858

Describe the bug

Transforming GameObjects in hammer does not work sometimes

To Reproduce

  1. Create a prop gameobject in hammer
  2. Try to move it around
  3. See its very janky

Expected behavior

It should work 100% of the time

I need to check if it's a screen space trace and not reject I think
