As much as I like this idea, the development-plans channel covers this aspect as any important information is there.
Reports:
Use this GitHub, I migrated all reporting etc to here to stop the idiots who can't be arsed to join github from being able to spam me with useless suggestions/reports

FAQ: A channel dedicated to having already answered common questions that are asked a lot, basically a list of already answered questions that keeps popping up.
Q&A: How this is handled is up to you guys, basically anyone can ask a question about anything related to the community such as it's staff, devs, games, etc but only a certain group of people can answer to prevent spread of misinformation or anyone can answer these questions.
Reports: Basically a channel where users can report people both in game and on discord for for both exploits, rulebreaking, etc.
