Hidden Valley should have the actual New Vegas Camouflage System surrounding the three bunkers currently in game, the system being able to be actived/deactivated from the High Elder's office inside Hidden Valley.

This is a possibility but it could lead to performance issues on lower end PCs so I would need to find a way to make it have the same effect despite the potential for lower graphics users to join.
