Equipping and unequipping weapons #8

Basically, you take time to equip or unequip your weapon, time may vary if you are wearing power armor, or if it's a pistol or something, unequipping and equipping makes a sound too.

As much as I would love to add this, I simply couldn't add it as a feature without adding custom animations to every weapon available in-game making it unfeasible at the moment if we are looking for an early launch to keep the group alive.

I will discuss this with @Fallout-The-Wild-Wastelands/management and consider this for a future update to the game.
