Fix out of date assertation message #174

This fixes the out of date assertation message in #172.

I am assuming the latest build that fixes the bug has not been pushed to pip packages? Since, the latest version available from pip is 3.5.0 which has error when using ss.agent_indicator_v0 and ss.pad_observations_v0 in conjunction.

Can you please let us know when this would be pushed to the package repository?

@murtazarang Unfortunately due to us undergoing a pretty big API change, the next release won't be until a month or possibly longer from now.
