[Quest] The Nightmare Manifests #177

The quest is not obtainable by Keeper Remulos in Moonglade, even after completing the prequests.

A little update. I see a grey exclamation mark above the questgiver which is strange, because I am already at max level. Maybe the quest is deliberately configured to require higher level than possible in order to disable it? If so, this should be a quick fix.
