To reproduce:
You need 2 clients

.go c Lord_victor_nef
//from this point jump into the room below
.gm off and gm visible on (on both characters)

.damage 32300 on gyth (don't use .die it may bug it) and auto hit him to death!

Also if you kill Gyth its corpse will move (!) to a standard position designated by scripts and it will make it unlootable if it moves there, since the visuals show it is in a point, but it is actually in another (something like corpse bugging and sliding, similar bug).
Warchief Rend should be in combat with the raid when it spawns.
The ring that you use as key to enter UBRS (normally) is not healing/spawning the NPC to help you fight Rend.
Gyth RUNS THROUGH CLOSED GATE, quality scripting. It casts the first breath while behind gate (!).
there are no dragon eggs in the 4 corners of the room.
