Libram of divinity issue #45

Libram of divinity (ID: 23201) gives double the amount of bonus healing to Flash of light.

To reproduce Create a paladin .additem 23201 .additem 22939 (ring that gives 51 bonus healing) .additem 19382 (ring that gives 53 bonus healing)

Do the following: Equip Libram and notice the healing. Unequip Libram and equip 1 ring, notice the healing. Equip the second ring and notice the healing.

Note: Blessing of Light, Libram of Divinity, Libram of Light, Totem of Sustaining, Totem of Life were all affected by this issue (ignored bonus healing scaling). Fix for them is included.
