title of task is the "goal"
first-level items are "milestones"
- second are "projects"
  - third are "tasks"
    - fourth+ (optional) are "sub-tasks"
all tasks can have "unlock conditions", including
- another task being marked 'done'
- an event/timestamp passing
- @waiting status (these move to the bottom and turn grey if not due for review)
can populate with 'template' tasks
generate a Gantt chart (see Ganttify)
