Hide all signals but inputs and outputs by default

When using lots of signals, the graph is very cluttered. Only turn the inputs and outputs on by default?

Increase size

The graph should be bigger. @nielsAD ?

I certainly agree, I also overheard Tristan saying to another group that it would be best if only the inputs and outputs are on by default :)

Disabling should be working from cdf9037af4b8f7786ed235ab30258fc19c531683.

For increased size, I'm going to start a working in a branch (along with some help of @FelixAkk) to try and get the taskbar up and running.
