Please provide in both cases as much useful information about it as possible (Including at least the version of StreamBuffRe you are using). In case of a bug please provide StreamBuffRes log or exception logs. They can be found at following locations:
StreamBuffRe Installed: C:\Users\< Your username >\AppData\Local\StreamBuffRe
StreamBuffRe Portable: The directory which contains the StreamBuffRe.exe
