CSS Update #22

I updated the CSS. I had to make adjustments to HTML to get everything lined up. So far so good. I plan to do some more CSS tweaking.

I made further updates to CSS. I also moved movieGif CSS style for the GIF to JS for better viewer design; I added some text to HTML for the GIF. I pushed changes to main.
