Started working on CSS

Made further progress on CSS. I would say at this point, ready for JavaScripting. Will continue to fine tune CSS.

Gear change for CSS: incorporated the Bulma framework. The result is a modification/slight change to page layout. Kyaliya will be working on incorporating Bulma columns and rows into HTML. Once this is done, I will revisit CSS and fix any resulting layout changes.
