As a developer, I want to be able to Trigger functionality in AnimHost from Blender, so I can trigger generation of animation, transmission etc.

Acceptance criteria:

[x] Implement RPC call sending in the Blender TRACER Plugin
[x] Implement buttons sending an animation request as RPC call to AnimHost as a stream
[x] Implement buttons sending an animation request as RPC call to AnimHost as a block

Use: SceneID: 255 SceneObject ID: 1 Parameter ID: 0, value enum {STREAM, STRAMLOOP, BLOCK, STOP, ...}
