AnimHost Network Settings

As a user of AnimHost I want to be able to set the network settings in AnimHost through a dedicated Node so I can easily adjust connection settings and manually start and restart the network connections.

Acceptance criteria:

• [x] Settings for IP address of DataHub
• [x] AutoStart: When the AnimHost node graph is loaded and a network setup node is present in the scene, the connections are automatically started
• [x] When AutoStart is enabled, detect if connection failed and make it possible to adjust IP address and start manually
• [x] Buttons for starting the connections
• [x] Visual feedback (e.g. green / red indicator) for successful connection
• [x] Receiver Network Settings node connects to nodes consuming update messages
• [x] Separate node for scene receiving and associate network settings
• [x] Separate node for sending updates out
